Bio

Kevin was introduced to the world of Functional Medicine in 2018 when he was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. He came across a video of Dr. Terry Wahls talking about her recovery from MS and from that point on his whole perspective shifted. “I bought her book “The Wahls Protocol” read it cover to cover and never stopped learning.”


In 2022 Kevin became a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. He has also completed Dr. Wahls's clinician program and became a Wahls Certified Health Practitioner working with clients implementing the Wahls Protocol and navigating the challenges of living with chronic disease.  In 2023 Kevin became a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). He also has his 500-Hour RYT Yoga Teachers Training and teaches multiple styles of yoga and mindfulness practices.


Kevin now specializes in leading both in-person and online nutrition/cooking/yoga group workshops with a wide variety of topics (autoimmunity, nutrition for cancer, weight loss, and general nutrition topics). With his background and training in Functional Medicine and his in-depth knowledge of the Wahls Protocol, Kevin specializes in working with clients to overcome Autoimmune conditions as well as helping clients adhere to more complex diet and lifestyle adjustments.
