Testimonials

Personally, having this process helped me in several aspects, but I can highlight that I managed
to clearly define what my goals are and what steps I must follow to achieve them. In each session I introspected on a particular topic and I had the opportunity to work with some attitudes and beliefs I had not noticed that they were bad for me and on the other hand, reinforce and thank myself for what I was doing well. It was definitely a challenging and healing process at the same time.
