Bio

I've been on a lifelong journey of exploring health and wellness. With over 30 years of experience in conventional medicine, I've seen firsthand the uncertainties many face about their health. Today, my mission is to dispel these uncertainties, empowering individuals with knowledge and awareness to navigate their wellness journey confidently.


I had a career steeped in diagnostic testing and pharmaceutical interventions, and I found myself at a crossroads after personal tragedy. After witnessing the suffering and demise from mental illness, metabolic disease and cancer in my clients and family members, I was introduced to functional medicine.


This sparked curiosity in me and a strong desire to understand the connection between wellness and chronic disease. I embarked on a new path, immersing myself in functional nutrition, functional medicine, and lifestyle medicine.


This training has not only equipped me with the tools to improve my own health, but also the skills to collaborate, motivate and empower others to adopt and sustain health-promoting habits. My toolbox is filled with an evidence-based understanding of nutrition, lifestyle, and behavior change for sustainable wellness.
